ENVIE DE BEAUTY LTD offers cosmetic and aesthetic services that are performed at our center. All services are provided on site and do not require physical delivery of products.

2. Booking and confirmation

• After purchasing a service, you will receive a confirmation by email
• Contact us within 48 hours to schedule your appointment
• We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance
• For urgent cases - contact us directly

Before your visit:

• Read the recommendations for the specific procedure
• Inform us of any allergies or medical conditions
• Arrive 10 minutes early for a consultation

• Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
• Procedures are performed at intervals according to the recommendations
• Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 times free of charge
• A fee applies if further rescheduling is needed

7. Special conditions

In unforeseen circumstances:

• In case of illness - free rescheduling upon presentation of a medical certificate
• In emergency situations - an individual approach
• In case of technical problems - a full refund or a new date
