Refund and Return Policy

1. General return terms

At ENVIE DE BEAUTY LTD, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. If you are not completely satisfied with a service you have purchased, you may request a refund, subject to the following conditions.

2. Return period

• The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the date of purchase
• For cosmetic procedures - up to 24 hours before the scheduled date
• For package services - before the first procedure begins

3. Refund conditions

A full refund is made in the event of:

• Cancellation of the service within the permitted period
• Inability on our part to provide the service
• Medical contraindications certified by a doctor's statement

A partial refund (70% of the amount paid) is made in the event of:

• Cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled date
• Rescheduling more than 2 times

4. Refund procedure

1. Contact us by phone or email
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
3. The refund is made within 14 working days
4. The amount is returned using the same payment method

5. Exceptions

No refund is made in the event of:

• Cosmetic procedures that have already been performed
• Failure to attend without prior notice
• Failure to follow the post-procedure recommendations
